native driver support my wireless card

will someone please help me in to convincing microsoft into making them give me native support for my wireless pc card. i have a compaq wl110 wireless lan pc card.

Microsoft does not write drivers. Chase Compaq (who will have to chase the company that manufacture's the wireless radio in that particular pc card).
